McCormick Woods – Port Orchard, Washington
The McCormick land holdings in Kitsap County are formidable. The southern portion is a working Tree Farm harvesting logs for lumber, fire wood and a Commercial Christmas Tree Operation. The northern portion is where the development of the Golf Course and Community are located.
Redmond Ridge – Redmond, Washington
The project is a landmark accomplishment. The Entitlements phase literally “wrote the book” in King County for a large Master Planned Community which was dubbed “Urban Planned Development” (UPD). Once the UPD permits were in place and the Master Plat recorded, which legally established the land uses based on the Master Plan, each individual development node could move forward.
Tehaleh – Orting, Washington
The Tehaleh project is vast. It is the largest Master Planned Community conceived for the Puget Sound Basin to date. Infrastructure improvements include a sewer tunnel under the Carbon River and expansion/upgrade of the City of Orting Sewage Treatment Plant as well as new taps to the City of Tacoma Water pipeline from the Howard Hansen Dam.
Suncadia Master Planned Resort – Roslyn, Washington
Suncadia is a Master Planned Community in the Kittitas County, Washington. It is a full resort community with multiple phases of concurrent development. Because of the Client’s accelerated timeline and sequence of resort facility development, several consultants worked concurrently which necessitated considerable coordination.
Plateau Golf and Country Club – Sammamish, Washington
Plateau Golf and County Club is an 18 hole championship golf course. A 114 lot exclusive single family residential subdivision is affiliated with the golf course. Goldsmith collaborated with the water quality consultant in authoring a Golf Course management Plan including irrigation specifications and an Integrated Pest Management Plan and construction sequencing.
